Happy Thaksgiving

ROANOKE, Virginia — November 25 , 2025  Happy Thanksgiving!

This season always reminds me how lucky I am to do this work—and to do it here. I’m deeply grateful for the Virginia’s Blue Ridge community: the neighbors and small businesses who show up, the volunteers who quietly make things happen, the trails and roads we ride, and a mountain autumn that felt like a standing ovation.

Thank you to everyone who has backed us—from the long-time believers to the exciting new partners joining us for 2026. I love this country and the abundance of opportunity it offers. I never even knew “GM of a women’s pro cycling team” was a real job; I’m grateful for the people who showed me kindness, and for the courage to keep exploring what was possible. I’m thankful for the first sponsors who took a chance on my adventurous idea, and for the collaborative athletes who grew with the team and helped propel us into a UCI track trade team in those early days.

Most of all, I’m thankful for the privilege of supporting athletes at every stage: the high-school rider who needs structure and consistent communication, the developing collegiate athlete finding her voice, and the high-performance rider on an Olympic trajectory. Watching them set big goals, stumble, reset, and rise is the very best part of this work.

Here’s to community, to continuing and new partnerships, to bold goals for 2026—and to the shared belief that sport changes lives. Thank you for being on this road with us.

Wishing you all a very Happy Thanksgiving, - Nicola
